How does the Managelify Microsoft Teams integration work?
You connect your Microsoft 365 account via OAuth 2.0 + Azure AD in Settings → Integrations (corporate accounts may require tenant admin consent). Then you select the Teams channels and meeting rooms you want to bind. Channel messages, meetings, files and transcripts sync two-way with Managelify; a message in Teams can spawn a task and a Managelify action can post a message into a Teams channel.
What permissions do you request for Microsoft 365 / Teams?
Only the minimum scope the work requires: read + write channel messages, read calendar + create events, create + manage meetings, and access shared files limited to your own permissions. We never see your password — only short-lived access tokens via Azure AD. Tenant admins can review and revoke granted scopes through 'admin consent' at any time. KVKK & GDPR compliant.
How do I create a one-click Teams meeting?
From Managelify Calendar, a task card, a customer page or a channel message — almost any screen — you can click 'Create Teams meeting'. Topic, agenda, invitees and time zone auto-fill; the Teams link is generated in seconds and sent to invitees as both an email and a calendar invite. At meeting time, the 'Join' button is ready in Managelify Calendar, the task card, the inbox and the mobile app at the same time.
Can Teams channel messages become tasks?
Yes. Hover any Teams channel message and click 'create task'; the message content turns into a Managelify task with a suggested owner, due date and project bond. Mana AI reads long conversations and suggests 'this could be an action' — actions discussed and forgotten after meetings don't get lost; they enter the project's natural flow. In return, status changes you make in Managelify can post back as automatic notifications in the Teams channel.
Where do Teams meeting recordings and transcripts end up in Managelify?
When the meeting ends, the Teams recording (Stream / SharePoint) and transcript are automatically attached to the related customer card, project or task. Mana AI reads the transcript, generates a summary, assigns action items as tasks to the relevant people, and updates the CRM note when it's a customer meeting. We use both Teams and Zoom — do they both work in Managelify?

Will I run into conflicts with Microsoft 365 / Outlook calendars?
