This policy covers all users of the Managelify platform, users of the website, mobile app and API, and individuals who share data through integrations.

Its purpose is to transparently explain the personal data processing activities under KVKK and related legislation.

Identity and Contact Data: name, surname, e-mail, phone, account information.

Usage and System Data: IP address, browser and device information, session records, log records.

Work and Content Data: project and task data, customer (CRM) information, messages and communication records, files, calendar and meeting records.

Financial Data: invoice information, payment history (via Paddle and similar providers).

AI Processing Data: user prompts, meeting transcripts, automation data and content analyzed by Mana AI.

Provision and operation of the platform and its services.

Due to its underlying infrastructure, Managelify may transfer personal data to the European Union, the United States and other countries where data centers are located.

Personal data is retained for the duration of the service, for the period required by legal obligations and for a reasonable period after the contract ends.
