Terms of Use and Membership Agreement

These Terms of Use and Membership Agreement (the "Agreement") are entered into between ROLF 360 Dijital Pazarlama ve Yazılım Limited Şirketi (Beşiktaş Tax Office — 7352015577, Levent, Karanfil Sokak No:13, 34330 Beşiktaş / Istanbul, Türkiye, web: managelify.com, e-mail: hey@managelify.com, phone: +90 505 014 92 78) (hereinafter the "Company"),

and the person who accesses the site, signs up or uses the services (the "User").

The subject of this Agreement is to define the terms governing the use of the Company's website and platforms, the digital products, SaaS systems, training programs and services offered, together with the rights and obligations of the User.

The Company provides services in the following areas: software and product development through Vibe Coding; SaaS products (e.g. Managelify, Walletlify, etc.); CRM, website and automation solutions; training, workshops and consulting services.

The Company reserves the right to change the scope of services without prior notice.

The User declares that all information provided is accurate.

Users under the age of 18 may not use the services without the consent of a legal representative.

The User is solely responsible for the security of their account. Account credentials may not be shared with third parties.

The User agrees, declares and undertakes that they will not use the system for unlawful purposes, will not infringe the rights of others, will not engage in activities that may damage the system, and will not attempt unauthorized access, data breach or any kind of attack.

The site, software, design, content and all digital assets belong to the Company.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

The User is granted only a right of use; ownership is not transferred.

The Company does not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted.

The Company shall not be held liable for technical failures, maintenance work or issues caused by third parties.

Necessary measures are taken to protect User data, but 100% security cannot be guaranteed.

For paid services, payment is collected in advance through the specified methods.

Refunds may not be available for digital products (subject to distance-selling exceptions).

Cancellation and refund conditions for training programs and workshops are specified separately.

User data is processed in accordance with Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

Data is used solely for the purpose of providing the services.

The User accepts that they have given explicit consent to the processing of their data. The Privacy Policy applies for further details.

The platform may use third-party services such as Supabase, Replit, Make, payment systems and analytics tools.

The Company shall not be held responsible for issues arising from the use of such services.

The Company has the right to suspend or terminate the membership in the event the User breaches the Agreement, misuses the system or engages in unlawful activities.

The Company shall not be held liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, loss of data or business interruption.

The Company may update this Agreement at any time. The updated version becomes effective the moment it is published on the site.

Istanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from this Agreement.

By using the site, the User is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this Agreement.
